The only transportation provided will be to and from the off-site boat cruise on Saturday afternoon. 

There is an on-site shuttle at The Grand Geneva that runs upon request. Shuttle service can be requested at the front desk or by texting 262-295-7200.

All specific dietary needs will be noted and taken into account during activity registration. The Grand Geneva is happy and able to accommodate any type of dietary restrictions. 

All attendees will be staying at Timber Ridge Resort on the Grand Geneva grounds. Hotel check-in and event registration will take place directly at the Timber Ridge Resort building, NOT at the main Grand Geneva Hotel. Official hotel check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. 

The shareholder meeting will take place at the Grand Geneva main hotel, in Forum A and B. Guests can drive from The Timber Ridge to the main hotel parking lot and park there for free, or use the on-site shuttle service. 

If your room is available, Timber Ridge allows early check-in. If it's not, your options are:

-Drive to the main Grand Geneva Hotel and hang out in their lobby, and utilize their lobby lounge that offers drinks and light bites, and other food and beverage options are available. 

-Downtown Lake Geneva is a short (5-10 minute) drive. Public parking is available and you can explore shops on the main street.

-The waterpark can be accessed on the day of your arrival prior to check in. Your complimentary wristbands can be picked up at the front desk of Timber Ridge and locker rooms are available for changing. 

-There will be a hospitality suite where you can grab a refreshment and store your luggage while you wait for your room to be ready.  

-Enjoy on site-activities such as pony rides for kids, play a round of golf, or book a massage at the spa.
